- Check Lamp Connector Plug for complete connection.
- Water fouling has shorted lamp connections. Replace lamp(s).
- There is a bad UV Lamp. Replace lamp(s).
- There is a bad Ballast.

There is no power to the DEL AOP 50 from the Power Source.
- Check circuit breaker at the power distribution box.
- Check for loose connections or wiring breaks in the lines leading to the Terminal Block.
- Fuse in the unit has blown and needs to be replaced. Fuse is a 1 Amp slow blow, 1/4” x 1.25” long, glass fuse.
- Indicator lights have burnt out.
This means that the power supply of that specific Ozone Module is no longer drawing power and needs to be replaced. Refer to your owners manual for specifics on replacing an Ozone Module.
There is insufficient flow.
- Verify that pump is running properly and that filter and skimmers are clean.
- Clear any blockages in return line.
- Flow Switch has failed and needs to be replaced.
- Flow Switch Relay has failed and needs to be replaced.
1. The injector is not supplying adequate suction.
- Check the pool pump and ensure water is flowing through the Injector.
- Check to ensure that the pump skimmer and filter are clean.
- Check to ensure that the Injector is plumbed in the right direction.
- Ensure that there is no debris clogged inside the Injector.
2. The tubing is impaired.
- Check for kinks or clogs.
- Check for cracks or cuts.
- Check connections.
- Ensure that the Check Valve is installed with the arrow pointing towards the Injector.
- Be sure that the Check Valve has not become fouled with debris. Disconnect the Check Valve Assembly from the Tube Adapter on the Injector. With the pump running, test the end of the Tube Adapter 15 DEL AOP S Installation & Operations Manual with your thumb, and feel for suction. Wash your hands immediately afterwards to remove any residual nitric acid. If there is sufficient suction without the Check Valve Assembly connected, replace the Check Valve Assembly.
