Information

The Powerclean Tab Max operates via pressure differential to circulate water in the feeder.

Heaters and other equipment may be damaged by highly chlorinated water.

Installation

Designed to be hard plumbed with 1” PVC pipe with standard threaded inlet and outlet fittings.

The inlet side connects to the plumbing between the pump and filter.

The outlet line connects to the pool return.

Install after the filter, pool cleaner, diverter valves, heater (if installed) and any other installed equipment to prevent damage.

A corrosion resistant check valve should be installed between the inlet and outlet and the equipment to prevent any equipment damage. Damage may occur from high sanitizer concentration back flow when the pump is shut off. Installation of the check valve will prevent the backflow of corrosive liquids and gases that can damage equipment containing metallic parts.

The feeder should be bolted down.
